Welcome to the "inspiration Now" website. inspiration Now is a consultancy and counselling service based in North Wales. Services offered include counselling for a wide variety of conditions, coaching for life and business situations, stress reduction and coping skills – all these being supported by hypnotherapy and relaxation therapy.

These services are all delivered on a one to one basis but group sessions can be arranged on request. Once again, welcome to the site, I hope you find it informative.
